Medical Records Clerk
Repeat Prescriptions can be ordered by ticking the boxes next to the medication you require on the sheet attached to your prescription.
Alternatively you can drop your request in writing into the surgery. Unfortunately we are unable to accept requests over the telephone.
The practice offers a wide range of appointments in the mornings and afternoons.
We offer some later appointments for those patients that are unable to attend surgery during our normal opening times. Please speak to the Reception team for more details.
How to Register with the Practice
If you would like to register with the Practice please come in and collect the appropriate registration forms. You will be asked for your NHS number to – If you know your NHS number please bring it with you when you register.
We are a Research Practice - part of the Primary Care Research Network (SW) North Hub and are actively involved in a number of studies, in which we invite, with their consent, patients to participate.
Named Accountable GP
Every patient registered at the practice has a named GP who is responsible for the patient's overall care. However, this does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.
